Let's discuss a very common problem -backache.This is very common in ladies of middle age group.It also occurs in persons who have to lift heavy weights or have to stand or sit for long hours in the job.It is so common that it is ignored many a times.However,if ignored or allowed to continue,it becomes a chronic problem very difficult to manage.So what should one do at home if someone has backache ?Please note the do's and dont's which are of immense help in relief.
1.Donot lift weights or continue sitting/standing for long hours as this will increase your problem.
